BI Analyst - Special Assets Management

This role performs analysis and reporting, leveraging multiple data sources to deliver insights and support decision‑making. This role builds analytical solutions and contributes to process improvements with moderate guidance.

• Analyze data from various systems to identify trends, drivers, and improvement opportunities
• Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models aligned to business needs
• Integrate and transform data from multiple sources to support analysis and reporting
• Apply structured analytical approaches to solve business problems and answer key questions
• Validate data integrity and proactively identify and address inconsistencies
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and refine analytical outputs
• Recommend enhancements to reporting processes, tools, and data structures
• Document methodologies, assumptions, and outputs to support transparency and reuse

• Required
  
  Education:
  
  Bachelors degree in a field relevant to the role (or 4 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree)
• Required Experience:
  
  2 - 4 years of relevant experience
• Experience performing data analysis and building reports or dashboards
• Proficiency in SQL and/or data visualization tools
• Ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly
• Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills

$74,000 - $89,000 + annual bonus
