Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Senior Success Factors Business Systems Analyst in our Enterprise Business Systems team. This role requires deep technical and functional expertise on Success Factors and ECC HCM functionality, translating business requirements into system configurations, creating solution designs, development and testing these requirements as per business requirements of HR and it's integrated systems. Additionally, this role requires to perform hands‑on configuration and issue resolution in the SAP Success Factors Employee Central module, collaborate with the project team and stakeholders to ensure the quality and timely delivery of project outcomes.

Requirement
  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related Engineering field with 10+ years of experience in Success Factors and SAP ECC HCM resolving issues related to configuration, integration, and data reconciliation.
  • Participate in business requirements discussions and provide technical expertise about Success Factors system functionality and capability.
  • Translate business requirements into system configuration objects and create solution designs in the Success Factors Employee Central and other modules.
  • Complete hands‑on configuration and unit testing of Success Factors system.
  • Participate in system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and end‑to‑end testing.
  • Identify and resolve any issues or gaps in the SAP Success Factors Employee Central, ECC HCM module.
  • Collaborate with the project team and business stakeholders to ensure the quality and timeliness of project deliverables.
  • Hands on Design and configuration experience & knowledge in all Success Factors modules
  • Hands on experience of designing and configuration of SAP ECC HR modules.
  • Hands on experience of SF to ECC integration and data replication.
  • Hands on Experience of SF integration with UKG.
  • Hands on Success Factors integration experience with 3rd party system e.g. Fidelity, UKG, Concur Etc
  • Extensive experience in production support involving integration with EC to other systems
  • Strong techno functional skills.
  • Experience managing and resolving change requests and production support tickets from a diverse range of internal stakeholders.
  • Experience working with Developers to deliver any change requirements needed by the business
