Description:

Our client is seeking an experienced Program Manager - LIMS to support the implementation of a new Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS). The Program Manager will support the Senior Project Manager and focus on organizational change management, internal and external communications, team coordination, maintaining decision logs, vendor coordination, and project management activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple complex project schedules, timelines, milestones, and critical paths.
  • Monitor and control projects to ensure timely completion.
  • Identify, manage, and escalation project risks and issues.
  • Coordinate project resources and collaborate with managers and project teams.
  • Respond to information requests from vendors and project stakeholders.
  • Support funding applications and project-related documentation.
  • Coordinate with technical teams and project stakeholders.
  • Support organizational change management and User Acceptance activities.
  • Manage and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts.
  • Prepare biweekly project status reports and ad hoc management reports.
  • Maintain resource capacity reports and identify resource allocation issues.
  • Support project planning, scheduling, and project deliverables.
  • Update project plans with new LIMS subprojects based on stakeholder input.
  • Perform other IT project management duties as assigned.
