Supply Planning Transformation Leads & Specialists
Remote – Eastern or Central Time Zone | Travel 15-35%
Pay Rate: TBD (dependent upon experience and level of role)
Our client is launching a large-scale Supply Planning Transformation Program across its global manufacturing network and is hiring multiple Supply Planning Transformation Leads and Specialists to support deployment efforts.
These positions will play a critical role in implementing a new Target Operating Model (TOM) across manufacturing sites, driving adoption of new planning processes, tools, and ways of working while ensuring successful business transformation outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and support deployment of supply planning transformation initiatives across manufacturing sites
- Drive adoption of new planning processes, systems, and operating models
- Partner with site leadership, supply chain teams, and operations stakeholders
- Assess site readiness and identify gaps against future-state processes
- Develop and execute deployment, implementation, and change management plans
- Deliver training and support to supply planning teams
- Track project milestones, risks, and deployment progress
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and capture lessons learned
- Ensure successful transition to post-deployment operations and sustainability
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Experience in manufacturing planning, production scheduling, supply planning, or S&OP environments
- Experience with in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or highly regulated manufacturing environments
- Supply chain transformation, process improvement, implementation, or operating model deployment experience
- Experience supporting timeline-driven projects and cross-functional initiatives
- Knowledge of planning systems such as:
- SAP
- SAP IBP
- SAP APO
- Blue Yonder
- JDA
- Infor
- Other advanced planning and scheduling tools
- Direct people leadership experience
- Change management experience or certification
- Project management experience
- Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement background
- Experience supporting multiple manufacturing sites
Supply Planning Transformation Lead
- 8+ years of supply chain, planning, manufacturing, or transformation experience
- Experience leading teams and managing deployment activities across multiple manufacturing sites
- Responsible for coaching and directing a team of Supply Planning Transformation Specialists
Supply Planning Transformation Specialist
- 5+ years of supply chain planning, scheduling, manufacturing operations, or S&OP experience
- Responsible for site-level deployment, training, adoption, and stakeholder engagement activities
- Acts as the primary transformation resource for assigned manufacturing locations
- 24-Month Assignment
- Remote Opportunity
- Must be located in the Eastern or Central Time Zone
- Travel required (approximately 15-35%)
