Maintenance Technician – Bridge Property Management

What You Will Do- Complete maintenance requests quickly and efficiently, handling tasks such as electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, and painting.
- Maintain, repair, and replace HVAC systems to keep residents comfortable year‑round.
- Fix showers, sinks, appliances, doors, cabinets, walls, and building exteriors.
- Schedule and complete preventive maintenance to avoid future issues.
- Handle minor pool maintenance and keep community pools clean and safe.
- Monitor outside vendors to ensure quality work and cooperate with contractors.
- Assist with light landscaping, trash pickup, and sidewalk cleaning to maintain curb appeal.
- Prepare units for new residents by making them move‑in ready.
- Report safety issues to a supervisor immediately and follow all safety regulations.
- Take on special projects and additional maintenance tasks as needed.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, painting, masonry, and carpentry.
- Experience with HVAC maintenance and general facility maintenance.
- Effective, professional communication with residents, coworkers, and management.
- Reliability and flexibility, including availability for emergency repairs and occasional weekend or evening work.
- Physical ability to climb up to 40 feet, lift heavy items, and distinguish colors and safety alarms.
- A collaborative attitude that contributes to a positive work environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least two years of facility maintenance experience.
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
