Shipping Clerk; Swing Shift

Davis Tool, Inc., the Northwest’s Largest Specialty Parts Manufacturer has immediate openings for a Shipping/Receiving Clerk on our Swing Shift. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to learn the skills needed to move into a variety of career paths at Davis Tool within our Supply Chain Management, Scheduling, and Manufacturing Departments. • Swing Shift: 3:15 PM – 11:45 PM (5% Shift Differential)

• Counting and packaging parts for shipping or storage
• Counting inventory to ensure accuracy
• Measuring performance against time standards
• Moving materials using forklifts and pallet jacks
• Communicating with leaders and peers about problems and possible solutions
• May include backup coverage for the receptionist
• Pulling and filing documents in document control

• Have good written and verbal communication skills
• Have good computer skills
• Are able to routinely handle objects weighing up to 50 lbs
• Have a valid driver’s license
• Have good mechanical and organizational skills
• Have attention to detail and work accurately
• Have the ability to bend, stoop, push, pull, twist, turn, for an entire shift
