Mixer Operator

Our client, a leading food manufacturing organization, is seeking a Bilingual Mixer Operator to join their team. As a Bilingual Mixer Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Bilingual Mixer Operator

Location: LeCenter, MN

Pay Range: $16.75

Shift: M-TH 10 hour Dayshift

• Mix raw ingredients to produce high-quality batter or icing according to formula specifications
• Record necessary data on daily reports and work center schedules
• Communicate with Lead or Supervisor to meet production demands
• Operate scales, mixers (Hobart, AMF & VMI), braizers, chocolate melter & margarine melter
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work area while adhering to safety regulations

• High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent experience
• Bilingual in Spanish and English Preferred
• Six months to one year related experience in manufacturing or food production
• Excellent math skills to interpret and adjust formulas and operate scales properly
• Ability to follow company methods, standards, and safety procedures
• Ability to work in a team environment and give direction when needed
