Pay Rate: $19.00 - $20.70 per hour BASED ON EXPERIENCE
Swing Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM | Graveyard Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM

What You Need to Make the Cut- Experience: 6+ months in warehouse or factory work is a bonus - we'll teach the rest.
- Physical Ability: Able to stand, bend, and lift (up to) 50 lbs.

- Operate and monitor equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform cleaning, blasting, chemical processing, and material handling tasks
- Follow detailed work instructions and quality standards
- Inspect products and identify defects or inconsistencies
- Maintain accurate production documentation and logs
- Follow strict safety, PPE, and contamination control procedures
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
