Job Title: CNC Mills Machinist
Status: Non-exempt (hourly)
Pay: $28/hr. + Shift Differential, plus monthly bonus program is paid when company-wide monthly sales goal is reached (full-time).
Schedule: Monday – Thursday 4:15pm to 2:45pm

Run vertical CNC Mill and/or load and change out parts on CNC Mill Cells to produce product according to blueprints under the supervision of Senior Machinists.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSThis job typically requires 0-6 months experience operating CNC Vertical Mills or Horizontal Cell, the ability to follow written and verbal instructions, and a basic knowledge of machining. This job requires the use of precision measuring tools, 500# hoist and automatic drills or screwdrivers.

- Ability to read and write in English is required.
- Run CNC mills or assigned machining cells by loading raw material, changing out parts, and following setup sheets and work instructions.
- Inspect first‑article parts using appropriate measurement tools and submit to Quality Control when required.
- Machine parts to blueprint specifications, verifying dimensions and tolerances throughout the run to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Perform secondary operations such as tapping, deburring, cleaning, and part finishing as needed.
- Carry out additional machining or production tasks as assigned to support workflow and production goals.
