Job Title: CNC 5-axis Mill Set-up Person
Status: Nonexempt (Hourly)
Pay: $38.00 – $42.00/hr doe
Schedule: Day Shift: Monday-Thursday 6:00 am – 4:30 pm

PRIMARY
PURPOSE:
Setup CNC 5-axis Milling Machines ensuring set‑ups and machined parts are accurate and customer due dates are met.
- 5 yrs. minimum experience 5‑axis setup
- Horizontal Cell experience a plus
- Familiar with Siemens Celos Controller a plus
- Experience as a lead person a plus
- Must be able to multi‑task
- Own your own precision measuring tools
- Blueprint reading experience required
- Great communication skills, teambuilder
- Attention to detail
- Lift 20+ pounds on a regular basis
- Operate and Set‑up CNC 5‑axis mills with multiple pallets
- Responsible for accuracy of parts run in the 5‑axis Mills
- Check machined parts and compare to blueprints to ensure accuracy
- Assure jobs are run in an order to meet customer due dates
