ARCHITECTURAL WELD SHOP PRODUCTION LABORERAs a Production Laborer, you are responsible for supporting daily manufacturing operations by assisting with stripping, setting up, and pouring beds in a safe and efficient manner. This role works closely with Quality Control and supervision to ensure products meet quality standards while maintaining a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment. You will also support multiple areas of production, including Yard and Patching, while contributing to continuous improvement and team success.

We’re looking for a dependable, safety-minded team player who thrives in a hands-on production environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, adaptable, and willing to jump into different areas of the plant as needed. This individual brings a strong work ethic, basic measurement skills, and a positive, “get-it-done” attitude.
IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE- High School Diploma or GED
- Must have interpersonal communication skills to interact with co-workers, supervisors, and managers
- Must be able to solve problems quickly and efficiently
- General math skills and the ability to read a tape measure
- Ability to work with others to get the project completed efficiently and work independently when needed
- Knowledge of the products the company uses, and which products would work best
- Understand and accept changes that are implemented to become Best in Class
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 75 lbs occasionally and frequent bending, climbing, kneeling, twisting, squatting, crawling, and repetitive hand/arm use
- Capable of standing, walking, and moving throughout the facility for extended shifts of up to 12 hours
