Set up, operate, and maintain CNC milling and turning centers in accordance with complex blueprints, specifications, and work instructions;
Manufacture detailed parts and tools from blueprints, sketches, drawings, or verbal instructions using CNC and mechanically controlled machine tools;
Monitor machine feed, speed, and performance during operation, making necessary adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency;
Perform precise measurements and inspections, including CMM operation, to ensure parts meet stringent specifications;
Collaborate with team members, engineers, and quality personnel to resolve machining issues and support production goals
