The Welder’s primary function is to provide welding expertise to assist and support maintenance activities, as well as performs fabrication, pipe fitting and rigging in the factory.

Job Requirements:

• High School diploma or a GED certificate is required.
• Individuals are required to submit to and successfully pass a Safety Screen that evaluates their ability to safely execute duties and tasks of this position.
• Must possess or pass a 4G weld test, fixed plate coupon overhead.
• For progressions opportunities must hold current ASME, Section 9 Welding Certification (6G Pipe).

Physical/Cognitive Requirements:

Able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and MSDS information, operating and maintenance instructions, blueprints, and procedures manuals. Able to lift and transport up to 50 pounds. Must be able to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment.
