Job OverviewManufacturing Specialist (Electromechanical Assembly). No prior experience required. Receive on‑the‑job training to perform electromechanical assembly and related tasks in a cleanroom environment.
Shift- Swing Shift: Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
- Learn and perform electromechanical assembly operations.
- Use manual and electronic tools for assembly.
- Enter production data into a computer‑based system.
- Contribute as a valued team member within a clean‑room environment (worn garments, microscope use, solvent handling).
- Follow documented work instructions and quality standards.
- Identify and report irregularities that do not comply with instructions.
- Ensure safe work practices and compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Check equipment regularly for proper operation.
- Engage in basic troubleshooting as needed.
- Electronic assembly experience preferred but not required.
- Soldering and/or wire bonding experience is a plus.
- Team‑oriented production environment aptitude.
- Basic computer skills for data entry.
- Problem‑solving skills.
- Adaptability to changing priorities, meeting deadlines under pressure.
- Good communication skills.
- Commitment to safety.
- Willingness to follow all rules and regulations (safety, attendance, breaks, etc.).
- Ability to communicate and follow English written and verbal instructions.
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication) for inventory, counting, time allocation, and work hours.
- Attention to detail.
- Availability to work overtime as needed.
- Must function well in a cleanroom environment.
- Must wear cleanroom garments.
- Must work in a controlled chemical environment.
- Ability to work assigned shift with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Dependable and reliable.
- Ability to sit, stand, walk for an 8‑hour shift and lift up to 35 pounds with or without accommodation.
- Frequent use of hands for repetitive actions and fine attention to detail.
- Manufacturing Specialist I – starts $19.20 per hour.
- Manufacturing Specialist II – starts $20.35 per hour.
- Manufacturing Specialist III – starts $21.57 per hour.
- Shift differentials: 10 % for hours 5:30 PM‑12:00 AM; 15 % for hours 12:00 AM‑5:30 PM.
- Target cash bonus up to 2 % of earned wages.
- 120 hours paid vacation per year, paid sick leave, and 10 paid holidays.
