Disassemble, clean, and re-assemble pumps and related mechanical components according to established procedures and instructions;
Receive pumps into the service center, generate parts orders, perform teardown, and prepare detailed condition reports;
Document all observations during disassembly and create accurate failure analysis reports;
Test and troubleshoot assemblies and final systems to verify proper operation and identify issues;
Perform rework and quality testing on assemblies and systems as needed to meet quality standards
