Examines work pieces for defects and measures to ensure conformance with specifications;
Sets up and operates fabricating machines to bend, cut, form, punch, drill or assemble components;
May position, align, fit and weld parts to form complete units or subunits following blueprints;
Operates safety equipment and keeps work area clean
