Disassemble, clean, and re-assemble pumps and related mechanical components according to established procedures and instructions.;
Receive pumps into the service center, generate parts orders, and perform teardown and condition reports to assess equipment status.;
Document all observations during disassembly and prepare detailed failure analysis reports.;
Test and troubleshoot assemblies and final systems to ensure proper operation and quality standards.;
Perform rework and quality testing on assemblies and systems when required.
