Production Assembly Technician I (Swing Shift)
Full-time, Regular. This non‑exempt position requires Monday‑Friday, 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM swing shift hours with occasional overtime. A 10% shift differential applies.

Responsibilities- Follow written electronic assembly, quality, and safety procedures to assemble small to medium size electro‑mechanical assemblies.
- Perform production work with high repetition on small builds of same or similar products, with build times ranging from minutes to hours.
- Work under magnification tools, including a 40× microscope.
- Load firmware onto circuit boards.
- Maintain steadiness of hand when handling very small mechanical parts and delicate electronics during mechanical assembly (M2, M3 screws).
- Use hand torque drivers (22–72 in oz) and other hand tools, fixtures for alignment and installation of components, and pneumatic adhesive application tools.
- Follow written assembly, quality, and safety procedures. Clearly and legibly complete all required written documentation.
- Navigate the company computer network to access online work instructions, applications, and software. Enter data into spreadsheets.
- Work in an ESD protected area.
- Work on a Class 10,000 clean room production floor.
- Handle isopropyl alcohol adhesive odors.
- Work in noisy areas requiring ear protection.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Minimum 3 years electronic assembly experience preferred.
- Strong safety focus with an eye for potential hazards and opportunities to keep the work area safe.
- Detail‑focused with a personal commitment to daily quality of work.
- Committed to excellence as a team player, with good communication and reliable attendance. Thrives in a changing environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent degree required.
- Color recognition required.
- Read, write, and speak fluent English.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds unassisted.
This position requires the use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
