Operations Associate II
ShiftSunday - Tuesday with every other Saturday alternating 5:30 PM - 6:00 AM
Role OverviewFront‑line Operations Associate assisting with production processing across the factory’s 24/7 compressed shifts. Responsibilities include setting up production equipment, preparing raw materials, verifying materials, and ensuring successful completion of production batches.
Responsibilities- Work with internal resources to resolve problems.
- Ensure adherence to department policies, procedures, regulatory compliance, and environmental health and safety requirements.
- Provide input into process procedures as required.
- Set up machinery by positioning parts, loading materials, and entering specifications in accordance with engineering parameters.
- Monitor one or more stages of the manufacturing process while equipment is running.
- Assess the quality of products and identify any nonconformities.
- Regularly inspect, clean, and perform routine maintenance on machinery to keep it in good working order.
- Complete productivity reports, detailing the number of parts or products made during each shift.
- Proficiency in Windows‑based computer applications.
- Ability to read and understand work instructions.
- Ability to read specifications and follow work instructions.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to work a 12‑hour shift, be on your feet, and lift up to 40 pounds.
- 1–3 years of manufacturing or relevant work experience.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Detail oriented.
- Forward thinking with a drive for continuous improvement.
- Ability to align to organizational values.
- Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory and compliance guidelines and practices.
- Demonstrated strong problem‑solving skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of safety practices.
