Operations Associate

Job Overview

The Operations Associate will serve as a front‑line member of the production team at our Hillsboro, OR facility, supporting 24/7 compressed shifts. The role involves setting up production equipment, preparing raw materials, verifying product quality, and maintaining machinery to ensure successful completion of production batches.

• Sunday – Tuesday, alternates every other Wednesday, 5:30AM – 6:00PM
• Sunday – Tuesday, alternates every other Saturday, 5:30PM – 6:00AM
• Thursday – Friday, alternates every other Wednesday, 5:30AM – 6:00PM
• Wednesday – Friday, alternates every other Saturday, 5:30PM – 6:00AM

• Set up machinery by positioning parts, loading materials, and entering specifications according to engineering parameters.
• Ensure adherence to department policies, procedures, regulatory compliance, and environmental health and safety requirements.
• Monitor production stages while equipment is running, assessing product quality and identifying nonconformities.
• Inspect, clean, and perform routine maintenance on machinery to maintain operational readiness.
• Complete productivity reports detailing parts or products made during each shift.
• Provide input into process procedures and collaborate with internal resources to resolve problems.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives as directed.

• Proficiency in Windows‑based computer applications.
• Ability to read and understand work instructions and specifications.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Capacity to work a 12‑hour shift, stand on your feet, and lift up to 40pounds.

• 1–3 years of manufacturing or relevant work experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented and forward‑thinking with a drive for continuous improvement.
• Ability to align with organizational values.
• Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory and compliance guidelines, safety practices, and problem‑solving skills.
