Production Team Member

Overview

Starting Rate: $18.00-$19.80 depending on shift.

This role is being hired for our busy season and is expected to go through late November to December and may be extended to March. There is also a possibility to convert this seasonal role into a full time role.

• Pre-Production/Filtering – Sorting and picking artwork (logos, numbers, etc.), verifying that art and garment SKUs match order paperwork.
• Pressing – Interpreting order paperwork. Positioning art, names, and numbers on garments. Operating textile heat presses.
• QC/Shipping – Verifying that the finished product matches customer orders, packaging and preparing orders for shipment, and interacting with our shipping software.
• Additional duties as assigned.

• Day: 6:00 am – 2:30 pm
• Swing: 2:30 pm – 11:00 pm (10% shift differential)
• Overtime will be required during peak production seasons, including possible Saturday shifts.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to read and interpret sales orders and other written instructions.
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions in English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Energetic and motivated.
• Ability to learn and use computer systems to input and verify the information.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience using Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel) and MRP systems a plus.

• Ability to kneel, squat, bend, and lift up to 40 pounds
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to walk throughout production floor
• Ability to reach and grab totes stored overhead
• Ability to see and distinguish colors

• Sick Time - accrue at the rate of 1 hour per 30 hours worked
