Wells is seeking a reliable Batch Plant Operator to batch concrete, run batching equipment, and assist daily plant operations. You’ll collaborate with Production and Quality teams while upholding safety standards and solving issues to keep output efficient and high quality.
This role requires hands-on, mechanically inclined individuals who can work independently or with a team, perform routine maintenance, and manage materials and deliveries in a fast-paced setting.
