Semiconductor Manufacturing Technician
Join Our Team in Hillsboro, OR. As a Semiconductor Manufacturing Technician, you'll play a crucial role in keeping production flowing. You'll load materials, check quality, and help meet daily goals. This opportunity is based on a Production Associate career path and is being offered by Staffmark to qualified candidates.
Job Duties:
- Follow detailed work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality requirements.
- Operate production equipment, machinery, and specialized processing systems safely and efficiently.
- Assemble, clean, inspect, process, or maintain precision components according to specifications.
- Conduct visual inspections and identify defects or quality concerns.
- Complete production documentation, inspection records, and process logs accurately.
- Handle sensitive materials and components using proper contamination-control procedures.
- Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including cleanroom garments and respirators when required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work area.
- Collaborate with production, quality, engineering, and maintenance teams to achieve daily production goals.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Manufacturing, warehouse, production, assembly, or cleanroom experience preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Comfortable working around manufacturing equipment, chemicals, or precision components.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Semiconductor manufacturing
- Cleanroom environments

- Media blasting or surface preparation
- Equipment troubleshooting or maintenance
- Blueprint or technical document interpretation
