Production Technician – Furnace Operator

We're hiring a Production Technician - Furnace Operator to join our Hillsboro manufacturing team. This is a full-time opportunity to work in a clean, safety-focused environment where you'll receive hands-on training, develop specialized manufacturing skills, and have opportunities for long-term growth.

What You'll Do as a Production Technician

• Set up, load, monitor, and unload production furnaces.
• Perform surface finishing processes including lapping, washing, rinsing, and drying.
• Inspect products throughout the manufacturing process to ensure quality standards are met.

What We're Looking For

• 1 year of recent manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions and safety procedures.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently after training.

Pay: $21.50/hr
