Gear Up Sports is hiring seasonal Production Team Members in Oregon to assist with pre-production filtering, garment pressing, and QC/shipping. Roles include sorting artwork, verifying SKUs, and operating heat presses, with cross-training across tasks. Swing shift runs 2:30 pm–11:00 pm with a 10% differential.
Seasonal through late Nov–Dec, with potential extension into March and possibility to convert to full-time based on performance and needs.
