We are hiring both entry-level and experienced candidates who are eager to learn, enjoy detailed hands-on work, and have a desire to contribute to products that require precision, teamwork, and high quality.
Manufacturing Specialists perform electromechanical and optical assembly tasks, operate tools and test equipment, follow detailed work instructions, and enter production data into computer-based systems. Successful candidates are dependable, detail-oriented, safety-minded, and committed to working collaboratively to produce high-quality products.

- Day Shift: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
- Swing Shift: Monday–Friday | 2:00 PM–10:30 PM

Starting pay depends on qualifications:
- Manufacturing Specialist I - starts $19.20 per hour
- Manufacturing Specialist II - starts at $20.35 per hour
- Manufacturing Specialist III - starts at $21.57 per hour
- Manufacturing Specialist IV - starts at $22.93 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Performs electromechanical and optical assembly operations according to documented work instructions and quality standards.
- Uses tools, test equipment, and computer-based systems to support assembly, testing, and production data entry.
- Records accurate production data to help maintain quality, traceability, and workflow efficiency.
- Identifies and communicates irregularities or conditions that do not align with work instructions, quality standards, or safety requirements.
- Monitors equipment during normal operations and escalates issues when support is needed.
- Develops troubleshooting skills by performing basic troubleshooting under guidance.
- Contributes to a safe, reliable, and collaborative production team focused on building high-quality products.

Working Conditions:
Work is performed in a cleanroom manufacturing environment where employees follow safety, cleanliness, and gowning procedures to support high-quality production. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the role.
- Wear cleanroom garments and follow procedures designed to keep the work area clean and safe.
- Complete hands-on tasks with small parts, tools, microscopes, test equipment, and other production equipment used for assembly and testing.
- Some tasks may involve approved solvents or chemicals, with required safety procedures and protective equipment.
- The workday includes sitting, standing, walking, and moving between workstations during the assigned shift.
- May lift, push, pull, or carry items, typically less than 5 lbs. and occasionally up to 35 lbs.
- Detailed assembly work requires steady hands, coordination, and comfort working with small components.
- Inspection and assembly tasks require the ability to see details, colors, depth, and movement while working with parts and equipment.
