Junior CAM Programmer

Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior CAM Programmer to join our dynamic team in Hillsboro, OR. Responsibilities Program CNC machines using G-Code to ensure accurate and efficient production.

Set up and change over CNC machines for various production runs.

Utilize GD&T principles to interpret blueprints and ensure compliance with specifications.

Perform troubleshooting on CNC machines and tooling to resolve issues promptly.

Conduct precision measurements using hand metrology tools to verify part quality.

Assist in manual machining tasks as needed to support production goals.

Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize CNC programming and machine setups.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications Proficiency in CNC programming and G-Code.

Strong understanding of CNC tooling and machine setup/changeover processes.

Experience with GD&T and blueprint reading.

Solid troubleshooting skills for CNC machinery.

Familiarity with CAD/CAM software for programming and design.

Hands-on experience with precision measurement and hand metrology.

Manual machining skills are a plus.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
