Location Von Neumann Campus, Suite 150, Hillsboro, OR (100% Onsite)

Schedule & Pay Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM | Up to $26.50/hour

What You Will Do Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics and Operations teams. Assemble, build, test, integrate and measure precision sub-assemblies. Record measurements, troubleshoot issues and support ongoing manufacturing activities.

• Perform optical, opto-mechanical, mechanical and electrical assembly, testing and troubleshooting.
• Work with Class 1 through Class 4 lasers in a cleanroom environment.
• Follow schematics, diagrams, procedures and engineering plans.
• Maintain detailed logbooks and test documentation.
• Support prototype development and specialized test equipment.
• Observe all safety, quality and cleanroom requirements.

• Hands-on optics and laser experience
• Experience with Fizeau interferometers
• Mechanical or electrical technician experience
• Python programming experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and record keeping
• Ability to work independently and within agile teams

Physical Requirements Excellent hand-eye coordination, precision assembly experience, extended standing or sitting, bending, kneeling, lifting, use of hand tools, and working in a cleanroom environment with required PPE.
