Village Without Walls is a community-based membership organization of volunteers that provide services to help seniors and disabled individuals stay involved in their communities and remain in their own homes as they grow older. Volunteers are the heart of the Village, providing direct services to our members as well as behind‑the‑scenes support to operate the village.
Potential volunteers can contact Village Without Walls about volunteering in several ways:
- Respond to an Idealist opportunity
- Submit a volunteer application through the VWW website
- Use the Contact form on the VWW website
- Leave a voice mail or send an email to the Village office
We need someone to follow up with potential volunteers and guide them through the process to become an official Village Volunteer. This involves making the initial contact by email or phone, ensuring the volunteer application materials are completed, and requesting the background check (required for all volunteers).
