This position will be supporting the Tanasbourne site.
ScheduleMonday to Friday, Day shift. This position may be required to rotate through a weekend shift.
The Community Care RN provides and supervises professional, independent nursing care for Providence patients. Care is based on the nursing process and is consistent with the Oregon Nurse Practice Act. Applies knowledge of assessing, planning, ordering, giving, delegating, teaching and supervising professional nursing care delivery that promotes patients' optimal health and independence. All Providence professional nursing practice requires a broad range of general nursing knowledge and expertise.
In addition, development and validation of knowledge and skills essential to the assigned department, patient population and/or practice area are crucial.

Required Qualifications- Coursework/Training:
Relevant training applicable to the position, as specified by the Nurse Manager. - Upon hire:
Oregon Registered Nurse License - Within 30 days of hire:
National Provider BLS – American Heart Association - Upon hire:
Relevant certifications applicable to the position, as specified by the Nurse Manager
- Bachelor's degree in nursing.
- 1 year of home health RN experience.
