Medication Technician

Position: Specific Needs Medication Technician
Prestige Care - 15 Southeast 55th Avenue - Responsibilities:
Manage daily operation of the medication room and medication services as directed by the Health Services Director;
Process physician medication and treatment orders in accordance with state regulations;
Administer and assist with the self-administration of routine and non-routine medications;
Maintain accurate records of medication and treatment services provided or omitted;
Routinely communicates with physicians, pharmacies, outside services, residents, and families regarding medication and care services
