Merrill Gardens at Hillsboro invites applications for care providers to help support residents within our beautiful community.
Responsibilities- Assist residents with activities of daily living (dressing, bathing, meals, laundry, general care).
- Manage medication as permitted by state regulations and complete daily progress reports of services provided.
- Complete progress reports for Assisted Living & Garden House residents daily or more often if needed.
- Current caregiver training/certification as specified by the state agency or the ability to obtain one.
- CNA license or at least two years of previous experience as a caregiver.
- Ability to obtain first aid/CPR certification within 30 days of employment.

This role involves frequent standing, walking, lifting (up to 75 lbs), and assisting with resident care. Regular bending, reaching, and physical movement are required throughout the workday.
