Emergency Services RN

Provide high-acuity emergency nursing care in a rural hospital setting.

0 (casual position with no regular schedule)

Competitive pay range of $38.96 to $58.72 per hour, based on experience, with a casual pay incentive included.

• Develop and implement patient-centered plans of care in collaboration with patients, families, and the care team.
• Provide competent, safe, and innovative nursing care based on patient acuity and clinical judgment.
• Document assessments, interventions, patient responses, and plan-of-care updates accurately and timely.
• Participate in quality improvement, shared governance, evidence-based practice, and ongoing professional learning.
• Support education of nursing colleagues and students.

• Current valid Wisconsin RN license.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications.
• Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Services Nursing experience.
• Strong assessment, prioritization, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a rapidly changing environment.
• Commitment to patient- and family-centered care, safety, and teamwork.
• Ability to collaborate, delegate appropriately, and support a culture of caring.
