Surgical RN – Emplify Health (Gundersen Hillsboro)

Full‑time surgical registered nurse position located in Hillsboro, Wisconsin. Scheduled weekdays only, 40hours per week, with no weekends, holidays, or on call. Hourly pay range $35.52–$55.57, adjusted for experience.

Provide skilled, compassionate nursing care to patients throughout the surgical experience in a collaborative, patient‑centered environment. Work alongside surgeons, anesthesia providers, and care teams to ensure safe, high‑quality care.

• Collaborate with patients, families, and care teams to develop and implement individualized plans of care.
• Provide competent, patient‑centered nursing interventions and education.
• Document assessments, interventions, patient responses, and care plan updates accurately.

• Associate degree in Nursing.
• Current Wisconsin Registered Nurse license.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification or ability to obtain within six months of hire.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively and support patient- and family-centered care.
