CODA Hillsboro, OR is seeking a dedicated RN or LPN to provide direct nursing care in the sobering unit. You will screen admissions, monitor medical status, document observations in the EMR, and respond to crises in collaboration with the LMP and care team.
The role requires current Oregon RN or LPN license, BLS within 30 days, crisis prevention training within 90 days, and a background in behavioral health; ASAM criteria knowledge is preferred.
