RN Patient Care Coordinator needed!
Pay Breakdown:
- Hourly: $45.90/hr Taxed
- Per Diem Eligibility: $1,484/wk
- $3,320/wk Gross Eligibility
- OR License
- 1 year experience in the last 3 years
- BLS
- Schedule:
8hr Days - Hours:
- GTD: 40hrs/wk
- 13 weeks
- ASAP start
- -& WA RN or compact license active and on file
- Must have 1 year of case manager or PCC experience
- RN will be needed to work on wknds Sun-Sat w/holidays
- Previous KP experience preferred
- EPIC charting and experience with Medicaid/Medicare
