Avamere Rehab Hillsboro is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive patient care in a skilled nursing setting, including assessments, medication administration, and coordination with the interdisciplinary team.
The RN will supervise LPNs and CNAs, maintain accurate documentation, monitor vital signs, and participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality care. CPR/BLS certification is required; BSN is preferred.
