Position: DIRECTOR OF REHABILITATION

DIRECTOR OF REHABILITATION Lead the way. Inspire your team. Make a difference every day! We’re looking for a Director of Rehabilitation to lead our therapy department and help our residents reach their goals and regain their independence.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead and support the rehabilitation team
  • Oversee daily therapy operations and services
  • Coordinate therapy programs based on resident needs
  • Collaborate with nursing, physicians, and other departments
  • Monitor resident progress and ensure quality outcomes
  • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with regulations
  • Assist with staffing, scheduling, and department needs
  • Promote teamwork, communication, and a positive therapy environment
We’re Looking For
  • Licensed therapy professional with leadership experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
  • Someone who is passionate about helping residents achieve their goals
