We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to support environmental monitoring, aseptic sampling, and quality oversight activities in a cGMP-regulated biopharmaceutical environment. This role is responsible for ensuring inspection readiness, executing monitoring programs, resolving quality issues, and contributing to departmental and cross-functional initiatives. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, sound scientific judgment, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Perform environmental monitoring and water sampling in compliance with cGMP standards.
- Maintain a constant state of inspection readiness and ensure documentation accuracy.
- Apply scientific theory and technical principles to resolve moderately complex quality issues.
- Troubleshoot and support root‑cause investigations through strong cross‑functional partnerships.
- Serve as a technical SME for environmental monitoring and quality‑related activities.
- Work independently on routine assignments and with guidance on complex tasks.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of process improvements and departmental initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with Supervisors and Managers, including handling sensitive information.
- Support Quality oversight activities and perform additional duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a cGMP pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical environment.
- Hands‑on laboratory experience with aseptic sampling and testing techniques.
