Quality Control Inspector

Responsibilities Conduct inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality control activities.

Identify and report defects or non-conformities, and work with production teams to implement corrective actions.

Perform routine audits of production processes to ensure adherence to quality protocols.

Collaborate with engineering and production teams to develop and improve quality control procedures.

Assist in training new team members on quality control practices and standards.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in quality assurance.

Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in quality assurance or a related field is a plus.

Proven experience as a Quality Control Inspector or in a similar role.

Strong understanding of quality control standards and methodologies.

Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.

Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including blueprints and specifications.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Proficient in using measurement tools and equipment.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
