Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (Hybrid Work Availability)
Pay Rate: $23 – $28 per hour, depending on experience
Location: Hillsboro, OR
Position Type: Full Time

Principal Duties and Responsibilities- Manage payroll and time‑card reporting within the company HR system and Excel templates.
- Perform time‑card audits to ensure exceptions are noted and corrected prior to biweekly payroll submission.
- Audit and report employee hours and PO billing on a biweekly cycle.
- Resolve weekly employee time‑card errors and exceptions.
- Understand customer contract documents and purchase orders to apply correct billing requirements.
- Manage workflow to ensure all transactions are processed accurately and timely.
- Reconcile payroll records and validate entries for accuracy before transmission.
- Collaborate with corporate and operations management to resolve billing errors.
- Provide regular reports and audits on various operations to evaluate processes.
- Support analysis of business processes and partner with stakeholders to identify optimum solutions.
- Support facility operations and office administration.
- Engage in and support CIP strategies and KPI reporting to identify opportunities for improvement.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- At least 2 years of experience processing payroll, billing, and purchase orders.
- At least 2 years of experience providing customer invoicing support.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite with an emphasis on Excel.
- Highly dependable with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal (verbal & written) communication skills.
- Strong decision‑making, problem‑solving, and analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Paylocity HRIS experience.
On a continuous basis will work in an office environment, sit at a desk for long periods, intermittently answer telephone calls, and use a computer. Occasionally may be required to walk, stand, and lift up to 50 pounds. These physical demands are representative of those required to perform the essential functions of this job.
