About You:
Looking for a proactive and motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our team in the Washington County area. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the local community and driven to support local businesses in achieving their goals. This role focuses on business-to-business sales through face to face, telephone, networking, Linked In, and other platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
-Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold and warm calling, networking, and referrals.
- Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Sales Presentations:
Conduct sales meetings and presentations to showcase our staffing services and value proposition.
- Needs Assessment:
Understand client needs and provide tailored staffing solutions that align with their business goals.
- Collaboration:
Work closely with the internal team to ensure client satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
- Achieving Targets:
Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the branch.
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with the Washington County area business community and local market.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Confidence in cold and warm calling and re-engaging missing clients.
- Ability to work independently while being a supportive team member.
