Royal Moore Auto Center is growing and hiring both experienced automotive sales professionals and motivated individuals ready to break into high-income sales

  • $70,000 – $175,000+ annual income potential

What You’ll Do:
  • Work with showroom traffic, internet leads, and phone-ups
  • Guide customers through a professional buying experience
  • Perform vehicle presentations and test drives
  • Identify needs and match the right vehicle
  • Present pricing and financing clearly and confidently
  • Follow up using CRM, phone, text, and email
  • Build long-term relationships and repeat business
What We’re Looking For:

For Experienced Sales Professionals:

  • Automotive sales experience
  • Strong closing and communication skills
  • Ability to follow a structured sales process
  • Professional, customer-first approach

For Entry-Level Candidates:

  • Competitive, self-motivated mindset
  • Coachable and eager to learn
  • Strong people skills and work ethic

Basic Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Comfortable with technology / CRM
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Spanish-speaking is a plus, not required.
