In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our success—closing deals, exceeding sales targets, and delivering a standout customer experience from first interaction to final handshake. • Close sales deals and meet monthly sales targets
• Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized solutions
• Conduct test drives, demonstrate vehicle features, and address customer concerns
• Negotiate prices, trade‑ins, and financing options to meet customer needs and dealership goals
• Maintain accurate records, including sales reports, customer interactions, and vehicle inventory
• Collaborate with the sales team, management, and other departments to achieve dealership objectives
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activity

• 2+ years of experience in automotive sales, preferably as a closer
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong product knowledge and ability to learn new products and technologies
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing situations
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
