Your Role Deliver flawless waxing services using our Exclusive Comfort Wax.

Build strong guest relationships and drive retail product sales through education and personalized recommendations.

Meet and exceed monthly service, rebooking and product sales goals.

Meet cleanliness and sanitation standards

What You Bring Valid Esthetics or Cosmetology License (required).A passion for skincare and a talent for upselling and cross-selling.

Full-Time Employees
- Other Compensation & Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO):
Accruals are based on role classification and years of service:

Oregon Sick Leave (OSL):
Accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked.

Paid Leave Oregon (PLO):
Participation in the state-mandated wage-replacement program for family, medical, or safe leave.

Health & Wellness:
Eligible for group medical, dental, and vision insurance the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment.

Retirement:
Eligible to participate in the company 401(k) plan.
