Window Sales Coordinator

Pay: $23.27 to $27.74 per hour

Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Hillsboro, OR

Overview

Serves as the primary point of contact for the Window Sales team, creating quotes, processing orders, and coordinating construction schedules to support sales initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with residential construction customers.
  • Communicate with a wide range of customers, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate timely delivery of building materials.
  • Generate accurate quotes and purchase orders, ensuring compliance with pricing guidelines and sales policies.
  • Manage open orders to ensure timely invoicing or deletion and track order status in the system.
  • Utilize DDMS, market, and vendor quoting programs to meet customer needs and achieve sales goals.
  • Maintain customer profiles in Outlook or CRM, including contact information and job details.
  • Assist with product take‑offs, warranty claims, and returning materials as required.
  • Maintain a high level of order accuracy using POS and WOQS; attend training and safety meetings.
  • Participate in inventory management, equipment safety, and team meetings to maintain a safe and organized workspace.
  • Communicate professionally with all stakeholders, including operations, vendors, and customers, to resolve issues and provide updates.
  • Support cross‑division sales opportunities by providing relevant product information and follow‑up.
  • Adhere to company policies, safety protocols, and time‑management requirements.
Qualifications
  • Knowledge of building materials and experience in the construction industry.
  • Strong communication skills via phone and email.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and POS systems.
  • Typing speed of 40+ WPM with ten‑key touch required.
  • Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships and meet sales goals.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Excellent judgment, confidentiality, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Capable of working independently, collaboratively, and in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong focus, planning, and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Basic understanding of building codes for windows, doors, and hardware.
Working Conditions

Office desk work; requires the ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and travel to job sites as needed.
