Responsibilities
  • Graduate from Our Agent Launch Program
  • Assist Buyers in Finding & Securing Homes:
    Work closely with buyers to understand their needs, find the perfect home, and craft winning offers.
  • Provide Expert Guidance & Market Knowledge:
    Keep clients informed with market trends, property insights, and strategic advice throughout the home buying and selling process.
  • Negotiate Offers & Close Deals:
    Learn to master negotiation strategies and contract execution with in‑depth, hands‑on training.
  • Lead Generate for a Minimum of 15 Hours Weekly:
    Success in real estate comes from consistent prospecting. We provide the scripts, tools, and support to help you book appointments and grow your pipeline.
  • Host 3+ Open Houses Per Month:
    Leverage our open house strategy to connect with motivated buyers and grow your business.
