Job Responsibilities
**** Schedule appointments for customers to visit the dealership and meet with the sales team
* Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
* Follow up with leads via phone calls, texts, or emails to confirm appointments and provide additional information
* Answer inbound calls and emails, addressing customer inquiries and scheduling requests
* Maintain organized records of customer interactions and appointments

*** Automotive Sales BDC Representative Qualifications
**** Prior experience in a Reception, Call Center, or BDC Representative role is preferred
* Professional appearance and behavior
* Strong computer and phone literacy
* Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive, customer-focused attitude
* Corporate requirements:
Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
