The Retail Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Hillsboro, OR. This position is responsible for welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and providing product recommendations and solutions. Day-to-day tasks include explaining features and benefits of mobile devices and related services, processing sales and returns, and ensuring accurate use of point-of-sale systems. The role also involves maintaining a clean and organized store environment, restocking merchandise, and supporting promotional activities.

The Retail Sales Representative is expected to meet or exceed sales goals while delivering friendly, professional, and compliant customer service.

• Ability to provide excellent customer service, including active listening, clear communication, and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Strong sales mindset with the ability to identify customer needs, present solutions, and close sales ethically and effectively.
• Comfort with using point-of-sale systems, mobile devices, and basic computer applications to process transactions and look up product information.
• Organizational skills to manage tasks, maintain store appearance, handle inventory, and follow established procedures.
• Team-oriented approach with the ability to collaborate with colleagues, support store goals, and adapt to changing priorities.
• High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or customer-facing experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, move merchandise, and work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
