Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales and revenue growth for the club
• Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to closing memberships
• Conduct tours and consultations that highlight club services and amenities
• Maintain and track sales pipeline using CRM tools and reports
• Develop community and corporate partnerships to generate new leads
• Collaborate with fitness, aquatics, and operations teams to support promotions
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Deliver exceptional, member-focused service and follow-up
• Analyze local market trends and adjust outreach strategies
• Represent the club at events and outreach activities
